What we look for
- ✓Local SanMar pickup. You can pick up from a SanMar distribution center within practical driving distance. This one is a hard requirement today.
- ✓A DTF line in production. A wide-format DTF printer with shaker/oven, running real volume today. Embroidery, screen print, or patch capability is a plus. (Heat-press-only? Coming soon — apply for the waitlist.)
- ✓Consistent quality. Clean registration, correct placement, durable washes. We calibrate together on your first jobs.
- ✓Reliable turnaround. Production within two business days of blank pickup, shipped same or next day.

Who pays for the blanks?
We do. When a job routes to you, we place the purchase order with SanMar on our account. You pick the goods up — you never carry garment cost or inventory risk.
What garments will I be printing?
Styles from the SanMar catalog — the same blanks you already know (Port & Company, District, Sport-Tek, and the rest of SanMar's lines).
What files do I get?
Print-ready assets only, delivered to a published spec: exact placement location, physical dimensions, DPI-checked files for DTF and screen print, digitized files for embroidery, and laser-cut SVGs for patches.
How and when do I get paid?
Every decorated piece pays out on a rate card by decoration method, set before you ever accept a job. Payouts run on a regular schedule and every line item is visible in your partner portal.
How much volume should I expect?
You set your weekly capacity and we route within it. Start small while we calibrate quality together, then scale up as fast as you can produce.
What if I'm not near a SanMar warehouse?
Local pickup is a hard requirement today. Apply anyway and select "not near a warehouse" — we are planning a program that ships blanks directly to partners, and those applications join the waitlist first.
What software will I be working in?
Ours — custom-built for this exact workflow by people who run DTF production daily. Jobs arrive as pre-created gang sheets, ready for your roll width. If you want to go further, we can integrate directly with your RIP so incoming jobs rip automatically — no manual file handling at all.
I only have a heat press — no printer. Can I join?
